Fairchild Metro & Merlin Parts and Support - M7 Aerospace is the world's premier supplier of parts for Fairchild Metro and Merlin aircraft. As the holder of the type certificates for the Metro and Merlin , M7 has engineering data, tooling, and a team of employees with years of experience on these aircraft. This uniquely equips M7 to provide world class service, technical support and a parts catalog to owners and operators of Metro and Merlin aircraft.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul - M7's Part 145 Repair Station offers a full array of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services to operators of business jets and regional airline aircraft. Specializing in Gulfstreams, Fairchild Metro & Merlin, ATR 72 & ATR 42, Dornier 328s, Shorts SD-360, Embraer EMB 145 and Hawkers.
M7 has the wide range of capabilities necessary to support these airplanes. Whether it's the most basic checks or extensive heavy airframe maintenance, M7 can do it all. Beyond the usual capabilities you expect in a Part 145 repair station, M7 has a team of DERs on site to deal with any engineering issues that arise during the maintenance process. M7's manufacturing operation can fabricate hard-to-locate parts, or even reverse engineer and reproduce parts that may no longer be available from traditional sources.

M7's Repair Station is widely known as one of the world's premier cargo conversion locations for ATR 72 and ATR 42 regional airliners. M7 also performs C-checks and other heavy maintenance on ATRs, Dornier 328s and other regional airline equipment. For Merlin and Metro aircraft, the M7 Repair Station has many advantages you should consider when selecting your next maintenance provider. As the type certificate holder for the SA226 and SA227 series aircraft, we have access to production drawings, certification data, engineering support, a large spares inventory, and spares manufacturing capability in our factory

Government Contract Logistics Support - M7 Aerospace holds two Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contracts. One is to support a fleet of C-20 aircraft operated by the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines.
C-20 is the military designation for Gulfstream III and Gulfstream IV airplanes. Another (CLS) contract M7 has is to support a fleet of C-23 aircraft operated by the U.S. Army National Guard. C-23 is the government designation for a Shorts SD-360.

Aerospace Manufacturing - M7 Aerospace has extensive manufacturing and assembly capabilities as well as engineering support to service the aviation industry. The company's more than 426,000 sq. ft. of facilities have the capacity to produce parts and a range of assemblies from the smallest components to complete aircraft. M7 is a certified supplier to Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and other premier aerospace manufacturers.

Engineering Division M7's Engineering Division provides wide range of services including design, analysis or test procedures. M7's engineering team has certified aircraft and systems to requirements of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and other foreign certification agencies, spanning the requirements of FAR 23, 25, 27, 29 and their European equivalents. The team is familiar with both fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft.

Purchasing and Supply Chain Management - M7 Aerospace’s Purchasing and Supply Chain Management team provides support for all of the M7 business divisions mentioned above and enhances M7’s roll as a manufacturer of aerospace parts and components for the General Aviation Market and Military/Government application. In addition to this, M7’s Purchasing and Supply Chain Management team offers these same services to our customers. This allows a smaller company to utilize M7’s knowledge and experience in the supply chain environment, without the expense of having to build their own supply chain organization.
