Design Engineer - (contractor position) Develops 3D models of parts and assemblies and generates drawings from these models in M7 format. Designs must meet customer’s requirements, including but not limited to loads, acoustics, EMI, ergonomic, electrical, structural, interiors, and systems. At the discretion of the Project Manager, may participate in formal Design Reviews with the customer. B.S. Engineering Degree is preferred or High school diploma, with at least 7 years experience in the aerospace industry is mandatory. One (1) year minimum experience in Catia version 5. Capable of modeling and producing production drawings. Understanding of GD&T and knowledge of first article inspection in order to create drawings that are producible by manufacturing. CNC programming is a plus. Past MRB authority and experience is an additional plus.

Stress Engineer - Reports to the Director of Engineering. B.S. degree is required. Engineering degree is preferred, Mathematics or Physics degrees considered. Minimum seven years as a stress analyst in an aerospace firm. Experience with Finite Element Analysis. A good general knowledge of the materials typically used in aerospace manufacturing. Ability to use MS software to generate reports. Experience with MathCAD a plus. Applicant should note special training and skills on application. Current FAA DER is a definite plus.
