Machining Equipment

CNC Equipment:

• (Four) Cincinnati Milacron Arrow 1250 3-axis Milling machines with contour and profile capabilities. Usable table size Y30", X50", Z30"
• (Two) Cincinnati Milacron Arrow 2000 3-axis Milling machines with contour and profile capabilities. Usable table size Y30", X80", Z30"
• (Three) Cincinnati Milacron HPC 500’s Horizontal Machining Centers, with dual pallet changers with contour capabilities. Usable table size Y27.6", X29.5", Z29.5". Two have 360 degree indexing table,1-degree increments. One has full 4th axis programmable to 360,000 positions (.001 degree increments).
• Cincinnati Milacron HMC 400 4-axis Horizontal Machining Center, with dual pallet changers with contour capabilities. Usable table size Y20.3", X22.4", Z20.5". Full 4th axis programmable to 360,000 positions (.001 degree increments).
• Mazak AJV/605 Vertical Machine Center with contour and profile capabilities. Usable table size Y27.5", X59",Z18"
• Mazak QuickTurn 15N with programmable tailstock. 2" thru spindle usable travel Z24", X18".

Conventional Equipment

• (Three) Lagun (Bridgeport type) Manual Mill
• Takisawa Engine Lathe: 1 1/2" thru spindle 16" swing 54" between centers.
• MasterTurn-1550 Engine lathe 2” thru spindle 16” swing 48” between centers.
• Warner & Swasey No. 2 Turret Lathe with bar feeder, 3/8"-2" collet chuck.
• LeBlonde Engine Lathe 3.12" thru spindle, 18" swing, 84" between centers.

Support and Inspection Equipment

• FaroArm Multi-Axis portable measuring arm with AnthroCAM for complete 3D measurements and analysis.
• CATIA and MasterCam numeric control programming with VeriCut verification system.
• M7 has direct download capabilities from a central computer to our CNC mills via our network for retrieval of programs.
• M7 provides the following Non Destructive Test Services as well:
  Magna Flux Type II
  Liquid Penetrant Type II
