M7 Names Kevin Brown President & Chief Executive Officer

San Antonio-TX – January 14, 2010

M7 Aerospace has named Kevin Brown President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with responsibility for all aspects of the company’s operational and financial performance.

Brown joined M7 Aerospace in 2004 and has held executive positions in finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions with his most recent position being President and Chief Operating Officer.

Brown also has extensive experience in financial analysis, capital investments and international business. Prior to joining M7 Aerospace, he held numerous corporate and strategic development positions internationally, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and business development with Crown Castle International Corporation of Houston, Texas.

“Kevin has played a major role in the development of M7 Aerospace in the time he has been here,” said M7 Aerospace Chairman Ted Miller. “He has the vision and focus to lead M7 as we continue to establish ourselves as a leader in the aerospace industry with truly integrated service offerings for our customers”.

He is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics. M7 Aerospace is an integrated aerospace services company offering a full suite of aviation services through its seven business segments. M7 offers an integrated solutions approach to its government and commercial customers, crossing traditional market boundaries, both domestically and internationally.

The company’s seven integrated business segments include Aerostructures Manufacturing; Government Logistics Support Contracting; Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul; Engineering Services; Aircraft Parts and Service; Supply Chain Management, and Staffing Services.

M7 Aerospace began operations in 2003 after acquiring the assets of Fairchild Aircraft. M7 remains the OEM for the fleet of Fairchild-built Metro, Merlin, Expediter and C-26 aircraft, but has transformed itself into a leading provider of aerospace and defense services. M7 operates from its 405,000 sq. ft. facility located on 22 acres at the San Antonio International Airport and employs nearly 500 people worldwide.
